Development One completed this design build project for an Air Operations Facility for the California Highway Patrol at Fullerton Airport. The project involved tenant improvements to an existing California Highway Patrol Air Operations Facility. This 9,221 square foot, mission critical facility houses aircraft and offices for the California Highway Patrol.
The project included utilizing 4,153 square feet of the existing hangar, and making modifications to accommodate additional office space.
