Development One produced bridging documents for an office tenant improvement project for the U.S. Probation Office at the Edward J. Schwartz Federal Building & U.S Courthouse. The bridging documents will be used to bid and award a design/build contract to complete implementation.
This project included tenant improvements of approximately 20,000 sf, with related MEP alterations to adapt to the new plan layout. The project included offices and conference rooms. The design also inlcuded blast protection wall hardening and security system designs.
