Building Addition, B1210 & B1214, Beale Air Force Base, CA

For this DOD project  under an IDIQ contract with Beale Air Force Base, Development One provided design services for building additions to Buildings 1214 and 1210.

The scope of work for B1210 included:

• Demolition of the existing entry
• A new building entry with an elevator and stair
• A second floor addition to include office space and a break room for 13 occupants
• New HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection to support the second floor addition

The scope of work for B1214 included:

• A new elevator and stair enclosure to provide access to the second floor
• A second floor addition to include office space, restrooms, and a new break room
• Re-configuration of the first floor to accommodate an additional restroom, a new office, and a storage room
• New HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection to support the second floor addition
