Under an DOD IDIQ contract with Beale Air Force Base, Development One conducted a Building Feasibility Study of Building 1086 at Beale Air Force Base. The project scope included:
The results of the study determined the maintenance and repair cost, and long term viability of the facility. The Air Force used the data from the study to evaluate the cost of repairs, in comparison with the construction of a new facility. The findings were presented in the form of an informative report, including exhibits, charts, analysis, and recommendations.
