Development One provided design services for the relocation and renovation of a new childcare center at Edward J. Schwartz Federal Building. This federal government project included tenant improvements of approximately 8,500 sf for 86 children, with related MEP alterations to adapt to the new plan layout, which includes classrooms, meeting rooms, kitchen and laundry facilities, and offices.
