Potable Water System Design – NASA AFRC, NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center, Edwards Air Force Base, CA

Development One completed a project for a new Potable Water System Design for NASA AFRC.  This project involved re-piping the existing domestic water supply serving  NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center. The new system provides:

• Loop circulation
• Smart water meters (and connection to the energy management system)
• Back flow prevention for each building

Our design implemented water treatment for all of the buildings in the scope of the project. In addition, buildings piped with galvanized steel domestic piping were re-piped with new copper throughout.
