Development One produced a SCIF design for the Department of Defense at Chet Holifield Federal Building. This office build-out for 12,000 sf SCIF Designspace included:

  • New private offices
  • Open office area
  • IT rooms
  • Conference Room

This project was a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF), and as such, required special security enhancements.  The design had to meet certain criteria in order to achieve a satisfactory level of protection to both information and resources at an acceptable level of risk and cost.
