Development One conducted a series of roof evaluations at 36 courthouse locations, 22 of which required construction documents for roof replacement.

In the construction documents phase, the design team ensured that the repair solutions were consistent with the requirements of historic
preservation.
The scope also included construction administration and inspection services for all the associated roof work. In all, Development One has performed roof evaluations on 1,126,632 SF of roof area, and produced construction
documents to replace ~ 846,084 SF of those roofs.
