Development One performed design services for water intrusion repairs for several GSA controlled Federal Government Buildings in Southern California.
Development One provided design expertise for rooftop water intrusion repairs, and associated repair of window washing equipment for this federal building. Water intrusion repair included determining the source of leaks, then designing for the repair and prevention of moisture problems before severe structural damage and mold toxicity could occur.
This building’s initial investigation indicated a deficiency in the third and fourth level patios. Development One provided an extensive site survey including water testing field analysis, along with cost estimates, specifications/drawings, and construction sequencing for repairs to the south entry pavilion roof, and damaged ceiling lobby drywall. New water flow and supervisory devices with shunt trip breaker controls were integrated with the existing fire alarm.
