Development One provided design services for this LEED Silver GSA project, which involved a retrofit and build-out of existing office space into two U.S. District Courts Judges’ Chambers and U.S. Probation Offices.
The design included:
Incorporation of the standards of the U.S. Marshal’s Service Court Security Manuals to provide a safe working environment for judicial staff
Incorporation of the U.S. Courts Design Guide to meet the high-end finish standards of the project
High quality built-in cabinetry and millwork were installed throughout
First-rate details and finishes were carefully selected
